Everyone loves Andre. From the moment he stepped foot out of the trailer at Riversong, people reacted to his sheer size and beauty. After all draft horses are a wonder... their size, personality and grace are magical.

What people don't always understand is that they also cost more. The fee will be higher to purchase or adopt. They eat more, trims cost more, everything is more with a draft... not just their size. So, please be prepared for that before you inquire about Andre or any other draft for that matter.

Because even if you can afford the initial cost of the horse, that's the easy part. The upkeep and commitment to keep them healthy is something you need to be prepared for. If you don't, they will just end right back at the rescue
